Returns and Refunds

The Pinnacle Patio partners with premium outdoor living manufacturers to deliver luxury products backed by professional support, manufacturer warranties, and personalized customer service.

Our Commitment

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our team will work directly with the manufacturer to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@thepinnaclepatio.com if there are any concerns with your shipment.

Returns

The Pinnacle Patio accepts returns for defective products only. Many products sold by The Pinnacle Patio are handcrafted, custom-built, made-to-order, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, so non-defective returns are generally not accepted unless specifically approved by the manufacturer.

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and authorized before anything is shipped back.

Certain approved returns may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee of up to 20% plus return shipping and freight costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products
  • Installed, used, or modified products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Special-order products unless defective

Exchanges

The Pinnacle Patio does not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage, our team will coordinate the resolution directly with the manufacturer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected and accepted by the manufacturer. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, freight charges, white glove delivery fees, and expedited shipping services are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after production has begun or after shipment has been scheduled may be subject to cancellation fees, manufacturer penalties, or freight charges.

Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.
