If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our team will work directly with the manufacturer to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns
The Pinnacle Patio accepts returns for defective products only. Many products sold by The Pinnacle Patio are handcrafted, custom-built, made-to-order, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, so non-defective returns are generally not accepted unless specifically approved by the manufacturer.
Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and authorized before anything is shipped back.
Certain approved returns may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee of up to 20% plus return shipping and freight costs.
Exchanges
Because many products are made-to-order, custom-configured, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, The Pinnacle Patio does not offer direct product exchanges.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected by the manufacturer, refunds are issued back to the original payment method less any applicable restocking fees, return shipping charges, freight costs, or approved deductions.
Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund after approval.
