Availability varies by product, configuration, and manufacturer. In-stock products ship within the manufacturer or distributor’s normal processing window. Special-order, made-to-order, and custom-configured products require additional production time. Before submitting your order to the manufacturer or distributor, we confirm current availability and expected timing. If additional lead time applies, we’ll communicate that with you before the order is submitted.

Most larger outdoor living products ship securely on a pallet via freight carrier. Depending on the carrier, you may be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
Freight deliveries are placed at a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence. When site access allows, the carrier's goal is to position the shipment as near your garage or property entrance as reasonably possible.
Once your order ships, we'll provide tracking information and let you know what to expect from the carrier so you're prepared for delivery day.
