Three independent 15,000-BTU burnersControl three separate cooking zones across the wide griddle surface for a total of 45,000 BTUs. Sear proteins on one side while cooking vegetables or holding finished food at a gentler temperature on another.

Reinforced 304 stainless-steel cooking surfaceThe heavy-duty flat top is designed to retain heat and distribute it consistently across the 40-inch cooking area, helping reduce hot spots while supporting demanding everyday use.

Digital temperature monitoringThe enhanced control panel reads temperatures from three cooking zones plus three meat probes, giving you much better visibility into surface and food temperatures without constant guesswork.

Adjustable cooking surfaceIntegrated leveling screws allow the flat top to be adjusted for the food being prepared—level for pancakes and eggs or slightly pitched to help direct grease toward the trough.

Full-size front drip troughThe drop-in-place grease trough is positioned for easier visibility and cleanup, helping channel grease away from the cooking surface and simplifying maintenance after large meals.

This listing is configured for built-in outdoor-kitchen installation. Blaze also offers a matching LTE PRO 40-inch stainless-steel cart separately, allowing the same griddle platform to be used as a freestanding cooking station when that configuration better fits the space.

Blaze Warranty Protection

The LTE PRO 40-Inch Gas Griddle is backed by Blaze's best-in-class lifetime warranty on qualifying stainless-steel components, subject to the manufacturer's current warranty terms. Electrical and ignition components are covered for one year from purchase, and Blaze requires product registration within 30 days for warranty coverage to apply.

Authorized Blaze Dealer

The Pinnacle Patio is an authorized Blaze dealer. Your griddle is supplied through approved distribution channels and is eligible for Blaze's applicable manufacturer warranty when installed, registered and maintained according to manufacturer requirements.

Installation note: Verify final cutout dimensions, ventilation, gas connections, clearances and combustible-material requirements against the current Blaze installation manual before construction. Gas appliances should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable local codes.
