1. We confirm your build. Within 1 business day, Marc or Andrew personally confirms your selected options and finishes, product availability, and your expected lead time — before your order enters production. If anything needs to change, you hear from us first.
2. Your island is built to order. Each island is made to order, which typically takes about 2 weeks. We will keep you updated while your island is in production.
3. Freight delivery, scheduled with you. Your island ships securely on a pallet via freight carrier, with complimentary U.S. shipping. Once it ships, you will receive tracking, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery day.
4. Inspect it on arrival. Please inspect the shipment and packaging for visible damage when it arrives. If you notice anything concerning, take photos and contact us right away — we will make it right.

What's the difference between the Paradise and the Crystal?
The Paradise (ODC-1) includes two built-in refrigerators. The Crystal (ODC-2) skips the fridges in favor of additional base shelving at a lower price.

Most larger outdoor living products ship securely on a pallet via freight carrier. Depending on the carrier, you may be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
Freight deliveries are placed at a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence. When site access allows, the carrier's goal is to position the shipment as near your garage or property entrance as reasonably possible.
Once your order ships, we'll provide tracking information and let you know what to expect from the carrier so you're prepared for delivery day.
Please inspect the shipment and packaging for visible damage. If you notice anything concerning, take photos and contact The Pinnacle Patio immediately so we can help.
Delivery times vary by product and manufacturer. Custom and built-to-order products may require additional production time.
