Special-order, made-to-order, and custom-configured products require additional production time. Most larger outdoor living products ship securely on a pallet via freight carrier. Depending on the carrier, you may be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
Freight deliveries are placed at a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence. When site access allows, the carrier's goal is to position the shipment as near your garage or property entrance as reasonably possible.
Once your order ships, we'll provide tracking information and let you know what to expect from the carrier so you're prepared for delivery day.
Please inspect the shipment and packaging for visible damage. If you notice anything concerning, take photos and contact The Pinnacle Patio immediately so we can help.
