Designed as a straightforward workhorse, the BCM delivers 42,000 BTUs from three cast stainless-steel burners with the control needed to handle everyday grilling without taking over your outdoor kitchen.

558 Square Inches of Cooking Space
The BCM 25 provides 417 square inches of primary cooking space plus a 141-square-inch warming rack for a total of 558 square inches. The primary cooking grid measures approximately 22⅜ inches × 18 inches.
Its three independently controlled burners and removable heat-zone separators make that space more useful by allowing different foods to cook at different temperatures at the same time. Blaze rates the primary cooking surface for up to approximately 16 burgers.
A Straightforward Grill Built to Work
The BCM — Blaze's Builder Classic Model — is intentionally focused on function. It gives you the core construction and cooking features needed from a permanent outdoor grill without adding the rear infrared burner, interior lighting and illuminated controls found on Blaze's higher-tier LTE+ and Professional LUX models.
That makes the BCM 25 particularly useful when space is limited or when the priority is a durable, uncomplicated built-in grill with three independently controlled cooking zones.
