12 mm hexagonal stainless-steel cooking rods Substantial cooking grids absorb and retain heat for excellent surface contact, helping create deep sear marks while maintaining consistent cooking temperatures.

10,000-BTU infrared rear burner Dedicated infrared heat gives you a powerful rotisserie cooking zone for poultry, roasts and other large cuts without relying on the main burners below.

Installation note: Verify all final cutout dimensions, ventilation requirements, gas connections, clearances and combustible-material requirements against the current Blaze installation manual before construction. An approved insulated jacket is required when installing the grill into a combustible enclosure. Gas appliances should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable local codes.
